Loaner Car Agreement with BRB Auto Body
I agree to operate this vehicle provided to me by BRB Auto Body, as a substitute of my own vehicle, and will return it in the same condition as it was when I received it. BRB will not be held responsible for damage to this vehicle.
As per BRB Auto Body policy, I will abide by the following conditions:
Please -
- No pets
- No smoking
- No person under 21 years of age will operate this vehicle
- Vehicle will not leave the State of Wisconsin
- Customer's insurance will be primary coverage for this loaner vehicle
- Fuel level of vehicle is full upon departure, and must be full upon return
- If not returned with a full tank of fuel, there will be a charge of $25.00 per 1/4 tank difference
